Our highly trained call centre staff quickly gather the critical information required to prevent further damage and most efficiently manage the loss. As we work with most insurance companies we are able to assist loss adjusters and other agents on your behalf, and thanks to a sophisticated national network, Steamatic also offers national coverage for those businesses that operate Australia-wide.

Many of our technical training programs are delivered by our own Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) accredited trainer, as well as, in partnership with key organizations in Australia and the United States.
